LotProof privacy notice

Version Nov 1, 2026. Operator: Dijital Pilot / Ali Köker, Antalya, Türkiye. Support and privacy: info@dijitalpilot.com

Information used

LotProof reads Shopify product and variant identifiers, titles and SKUs to verify the merchant's lot mappings. Merchant-entered records contain lot and supplier references, quantities, expiry dates, hold reasons, manual order references and correction or reversal links. The event history includes timestamps and pseudonymous owner references. Shopify's authentication library can retain the authorized owner's identifier, name and email with the installation session. The app has no customer-profile or order-reading feature and does not read the owner's phone or address.

Free-text lot, supplier and order references may contain personal information supplied by the merchant. Avoid unnecessary personal information. Manual order references are not verified Shopify orders. Authenticated exports remain private until the merchant chooses to download or share them.

Purpose and providers

We use these records to authenticate the owner, verify catalog matches, record lot receipts and eligible-stock review, preserve assignment and correction history, enforce the selected allowance, avoid duplicate operations and handle verified privacy and security instructions. Shopify provides installation and subscription services. The service infrastructure is Oracle Frankfurt, Cloudflare network delivery and separately encrypted private recovery storage in Türkiye. This is not a promise of EU-only processing.

We do not sell the data, send it to an external AI service, or send supplier or customer messages. The merchant controls any independently downloaded files and records held in Shopify or other systems.

Retention and rights

Active installations retain the lot evidence needed for the merchant's workflow. Uninstall fences the earlier installation and revokes its old sessions and acceptance receipts. Verified reinstall permanently removes prior installation business evidence while preserving completed monthly usage. The retention worker removes inactive lot evidence within 30 days after uninstall, or earlier after a verified shop-redaction instruction. Encrypted recovery copies follow the seven-day backup retention process. Minimal usage and installation safeguards remain separate from business evidence for their documented billing, quota and security purposes.

Contact the operator for access, correction, return, deletion or processing questions. We verify authority before disclosing or deleting records. The current notice and its release readiness are reviewed before business processing is enabled.
